Marquis Society

Marquis Society members (individuals) are the fastest growing segment of the Cultural Alliance’s annual campaign, having increased their investment nearly 200% in the past three years. This growth has helped replace some of the funds lost as companies close or leave town.

Individuals are strongly urged to continue any support or memberships they maintain with our partners. The Marquis Society gives individuals an additional opportunity to personally invest in arts, history, and culture.

All Marquis Society members are recognized on the Cultural Alliance web site and in four (4) full-page ads in the York Newspaper. Those who invest $600 or more are also recognized in the programs and other publications by our partners. Additionally, Marquis Society members at the Supporter level and above are invited to attend a special event with the board of the Cultural Alliance.
